Quality Policy

AEM S.r.l., within its organizational framework and in the context of its activities in

SERVICES IN THE INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORT SECTOR

is concretely committed to increasing and optimizing the quality of the service provided.

To achieve these objectives, Management – with the support of all personnel – intends and commits to:

    • implementing and maintaining a quality management system in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 standards;

    • identifying and meeting the needs and expectations of its customers;

    • paying attention to the needs and expectations of all stakeholders affected by the company’s activities, such as employees, suppliers, the local community, and Public Administration;

    • establishing a constructive and open collaboration with stakeholders;

    • developing competence and efficiency in service delivery;

    • promoting within the entire organization the sharing and support necessary for the implementation of the management system;

    • assigning specific tasks and responsibilities regarding quality to various company functions;

    • conducting targeted training courses to improve employees’ cultural and professional levels;

    • complying with applicable, explicit and/or implicit requirements, as well as its compliance obligations;

    • continuously improving the suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the management system;

    • ensuring the availability of appropriate equipment, machinery, and resources to guarantee service quality and reduce energy consumption;

Management reaffirms its commitment to communicating the Quality Policy within the organization and making it available to all interested parties. Additionally, it will periodically review the policy to assess its adequacy or the need for any modifications.

This policy must be made available by any AEM employee to anyone requesting it.
